Task

• induction hardening system for teeth of very large gears
• Gear wheel diameter 1600 to 5000mm

Solution

• The gear wheels are mounted on a CR2000 heavy-duty table and positioned tooth by tooth in the hardening station
• A gantry hardening system is used to harden the individual teeth in a vertical direction
