The LS Hybrid transfer system optimizes a classic pallet transfer system with mechatronic and highly dynamic properties giving production lines more flexibility and efficiency, since both the hybrid drive technology and the Plug & Produce feature offer variable design freedom for applications. In addition, the system allows a longitudinally timed flow assembly to have more process capability, which is ensured by the "hybrid productivity" of the fast, precise tooling transport. Machine concepts become real that are superior to purely linear machines with a rigid product flow. The LS Hybrid is the flagship for modern assembly automation that operates economically as an integrable transport platform and reaches new heights in terms of productivity.
