Bonding of Magnets
Task
The rotor of a synchronous motor must be equipped with permanent magnets. The magnets are either glued and banded on the outside of the rotor for high speed applications or inserted into laminated rotors.

Solution
For both applications a freely programmable torque rotary table TO is used, which clocks the rotor one pole or one pole pair further. In addition, a robot ensures that the magnets are activated, provided with adhesive and applied.
Benefits
- The Torque motor offers the ideal ratio between speed and accuracy
- Torque motor and gear stage are integrated in the table and do not produce any additional interfering contours
- The table design is ideally suited to the requirements of the application, combining high torque with high speed
