Visual inspection of automotive parts in 3D with rotary table and robot camera system
Solution
- Vehicle parts are assembled on a heavy-duty CR700 table.
- By precise and slow turning in combination with a Camera on a 6-axis robot, components can be optically inspected from different angles
- Depending on the load, a heavy-duty CR700 table or a NC320 freely programmable rotary indexing table is used
