WEISS Cuts a Sharper Figure in North America

In late January the WEISS Group will bolster its position in the North American market with the acquisition of Parker IPS (Industrial Profile Systems) by MB Kit Systems LLC.

Since January 2020, this WEISS subsidiary has been ramping up its presence as a sales and engineering partner offering both technology and consulting services. Parker IPS is mainly known for its modular T-slot aluminum profile system, which ideally complements the product and service portfolio of MB Kit Systems and will drive greater in-house value creation. The two companies’ activities will be conducted under the name of IPS – Industrial Profile Systems.
