Assembly and testing of insulin pens with TR1100/20 and TC220
Solution
Complete indexing table machine incl. rotary indexing table, controls, rotating plates and base frame
Process:
- Insert plastic housing on ring indexing table TR
- Correct direction
- Add parts
- Assembly
- Unloading on adjacent rotary indexing table TC
- further assembly/testing
- back on the TR
- Final testing (testing screws)
- Unloading
Output quantity: 70 pieces/ minutes
